Chinese precision agriculture solutions provider XAG is stepping up its expansion efforts, with recent launches of its flagship agricultural drones in Brazil and Southeast Asia.
In Brazil, the company launched the P150 and P60, which it did in collaboration with heavy agriculture machinery provider, CNH.
The drones will be delivered through CNH’s precision farming network across Latin America in the upcoming farming season.
Launched at the Agrishow 2025, the P150 unsurprisingly caught the eye, with its 70-litre liquid tank and all-in-one functionality for spraying, seeding, and fertiliser distribution.
Featuring a maximum payload capacity of 70kg, the P150 delivers on efficiency in heavy-duty operations across large-scale farmlands.
Its high spray flow rate of up to 30 litres per minute, combined with RTK centimetre-level positioning, enables precise, effective crop protection while minimizing chemical waste and water consumption.
XAG reckons the expansion into Brazil marks a significant step toward delivering full-cycle smart farming solutions with enhanced efficiency.
The other drone launched was the XAG P60, which has a 30-litre tank and offers a flexible and cost-effective solution for small to mid-sized farms.
The drone has a compact design that supports a 30kg spray payload and a modular, collapsible structure for easy transport and quick setup. This makes it ideal for farmers seeking efficiency and accuracy with lower investment.
Both models are designed to reduce application costs for farmers while minimising the environmental impact of crop protection products.
“By delivering accurate treatments with less efforts and fewer resources, these agricultural drones improve input efficiency and support more sustainable farming practices,” XAG said in a statement.
The company also lauded its partnership with CNH, describing them as a worldclass agricultural machinery provider committed to advancing precision agriculture to their clients.

Meanwhile, XAG has also launched professional repair and maintenance services for agricultural drones and smart farming equipment for its Southeast Asian clients
The company opened its first official Authorized Service Centre in in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province, Thailand, which it will operate in partnership with Chia Tai.
Agriculture innovation company Chia Tai has been working with XAG, which has seen the two introducing a range of precision farming equipment including XAG agricultural drones, autopilot consoles and smart fertigation systems.
The launch is part of what is called the "Chia Tai Experience", an initiative aimed empowering Thai farmers with advanced agricultural solutions, including sustainable agricultural practices, training and knowledge sharing as well as "Transforming Thai Rice Fields into Fields of Gold."
“The launch of the Chia Tai Experience represents a significant milestone following the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between three leading partners: XAG, Chia Tai, and Yanmar S.P,” said XAG.

As part of this joint effort, XAG will provide autonomous agricultural technologies alongside comprehensive training and after-sales support.
